The incredible Room 19

On Wednesday MIT student teachers came to the junior school to share some fun activities that they had planned to share with a small group of kids. Room 19 kids experienced making slime, using water colours, making masks and origami with the student teachers. Look how much fun they are having!!

We have had five weeks of FMS with Coach Chris. Room 19 loves the last session because that means we have game day which means we can play games using all the skills Coach Chris has taught us this term. Look at us go!

This week Room 19s author focus was Pamela Allen and we shared a book called "Brown bread and honey" with our buddy class . On Friday we met up again and tried the brown bread and honey sandwiches that the king and stable boy from the book loved so much. Check out the kids faces when some of them are tasting it for the first time ever!!!
